Nearly all old cab mount bushings have sagged enough to allow the frame to ride directly on the frame. Then EVERYTHING gets transmitted to the cab. So us big fender washers to shim it up.

Then add wavey washers to the transfer case levers. And wrap vinyl over the door panels and toe kicks. Foam in ther ceiling, spary bedliner as undercoat everywhere you can. I can carry on a conversation at 60 mph. Though my voice is a bit strained after 40 miles. ;^)
