carryall seat cushion detentions

Hey Guys,
when I got my carryall there were no springs, when I had the seats recovered we did them too short and although I can see out of the front window i am having hip and back issues when driving due to gross range movements when shifting. So I'm looking for the seat bottom and back thickness
if possible I would also like the rear seat cushion thicknesses as well.
