Electric Fuel Pump

Went through my parts bin and found this electric fuel pump. Mounts to the firewall or chassis with rubber insulators, so I don't think one of the wires is a ground. Hooked the leads up to a good battery. Sparks when connecting the leads, but that's it. Motor won't turn.
