Can you post a pic. of the shiftier side of the trany. If it needs a relay and has the governor, it is just the three speed used in the cars, you don't want it.You'll lose the low first gear and may not take the torque when your in low range. Those are set up for column shift and I have never found any reference to an aftermarket floor shift.
