Thats not what I'm doing. I'm using a new aam 14 bolt. Even if the hubs fit perfectly they won't work right as the wms would be different. I had custom hubs built to fit the pile of nos axles I bought. The rotors retain the exact location and factory disc brakes work as they should. There is more to it than just installing the factory hubs. But your idea works fine you just have to re engineer the brake system.
