The only Perkins diesel offered by Dodge was the 354 cu.in. 6cyl and it was only available in the PD & PC500 or PD & PC600 series Medium Duty trucks starting in 1962.
All your WM300's are categorized as Light Duty trucks, Medium Duty Trucks start at the 400 series.
That motor was definitely non-factory.
