without helping the breathing, you will not see major gains. you need more carb, but only if you have more exhaust. unfortunately there is no substitute for cubic inches and you can only get so much reliable horsepower from a flathead. the 360 install in my old m37 was likely the cheapest way to go down the road faster, save a 318. the best install for a bit more power and reliability is the 350 chevy, but ray's kit makes it easier to install a 318. a 318 magnum, with fuel injection would be nice...
