First which 318 do you have and what truck? I put PS on a 59 W205 Little Mo fire truck and had to fabricate my own pulley using the original pulley and a twin to it. Pulley alignment is tricky, just when you think everything is good something hits the fan. No pun intended LOL.See my link below
