if you are talking about the wheel bearings at the axle ends, they get packed with grease. best bet is to put a cup full of grease in a doubled up zip lock bag. put the bearing in and press grease into them. i grease the races and put a small amt in the hub between the races. not too much. the rear diff should not be counted on to provide lube to the axle ends. the axle flange gaskets keep the grease and any wandering oil inside and the hub seals keep the grease / oil of the brakes
