buy yourself a Fit Bit and do not do anything different for a week, just watch how many steps you take per day.... 10,000 is the sweet spot.

Then come up with a plan.

If you insist on drinking pop or eating chips you may as well forget any health plan and count on being dead a dozen years earlier than you may have been on the top side of the dirt.
I have been ill enough to lose most of my muscle in a few weeks. Like 25 lbs of muscle. The fight to get that muscle back on will be way tougher than your dance taking off 25 lbs. Gotta want to do it.
So how ornery or tough are you? Tougher than your taste buds? I am not being negative here or putting you down, any one can peel off the weight and keep it off. Comes down to habits, guts and will power. It is not easy, I am making some changes in my habits starting next Tuesday. The Carryall will pass inspection then and I will spend less time in the shop.
