Hi Mike,
Look at the home page of this site and there is an events calander. There is probably aon for the west virginia Rally from a prior year. It is always on Columbus Day weekend at the Chestnut Ridge park. Actually it is every other year, with the odd year being a West Virginia Road Rally. But, this year it is at Chestnut Ridge.
Dave Horvath is the host, he will likly chime in and fill in the important stuff I have left out.
