If you want to go down that path, you'll have to modify your original bell for mounting pattern and 435 front bearing retainer, make sure you get a 435 with right length input shaft - some have a long pilot that can be shortened, obviously need the right clutch plate and you'll have to work out the drive shaft. Don't expect any part of the conversion to just bolt up and you won't be disapointed.
