The engines are the same block but you will need the FFPW bellhousing(which the clutch pedal mounts to and needs to mount to the frame) and possibly the front motor mount that is at the front of the block under the timingchain cover. The tranny is different in some way. You need the PW style if you plan to use a PTO and winch. Others will fill in the details I'm sure.
