I did that once on a AC Compressor bolting it on. I got the bolts mixed up and punched a hole in the compressor housing! Had to take it back off for some reason and that is when I found out. The Freon started coming out the hole and it was my bosses truck I was fixing! He did not fire me I was only getting $1.50 a hour working for him learning to be a electrician.
