At AACA Hershey this year, I found a guy who had boxes and boxes of vacuum wiper motor repair kits, all military, marked CCKW G-508, Chevrolet G-085, Dodge WC G-502, MB/GPW G-503 (which are all very similar). I was working towards making a deal with him on a bunch of them, and as we talked, he told me that he provided many of these kits to people who did the vacuum motor overhaul. The kits appeared brand new condition, but in every single one I inspected, the rubber part of the flapper piece which occupies the chamber and is pulled by vacuum from side to side to move the wiper shaft was stiff as a board from rubber degradation. He didn't seem too concerned, as he said he sold piles of them.

From what I could see, there was no way this part, without replacement of the rubber components, could be used to overhaul a wiper motor. Since a lot of us buy things that are going to go on a truck later in a restoration, just to have them available at a later date, you could get a wiper motor with this kit and have a non-functional rebuilt part sitting on your shelf. When you got to the point where you used it, you might have to find a new one.

Just something to consider if/when you buy an overhaul kit or if you buy a wiper motor overhauled with one of these kits.
