No but I have a skid plate on mine to sit it on. Mine is a 6x6 rear frame but the gas tank comes with straps to bolt it in with. I took out a stock PW tank and sold it for $100.00 to a guy on this site with no dents and it included the gauge and straps. He got a good deal! I wanted a new one and a 12 volt gauge.
