Some folks are just goofy when it comes to purchases.
I have a friend that wanted to buy a power wagon of mine & then asked if he could take it & drive it for a couple of weeks to be sure it was what he was looking for???? Umm...I don't think so! Lol!
If I buy online & for whatever reason feel uncomfortable or don't trust the buyer...or am uneasy about the condition report etc...I either scrap the purchase or find a third party that's close by for a unbiased report.
That's all you can do.
Everyone has different standards & so descriptions are subjective.
Heck Jerry, I mean some folks think it's ok to install a modern seat in a Power Wagon or even modern plastic gauges & hardware & call it a restoration!
