Right now It's sitting in 2' of snow. Just want to get it moved so I can get the SnoCat out. I'm thinking the best bet might be rig a gravity-feed hose to the carburetor or at least to the fuel pump from a jerry can and deal with the contents of the tank in the spring. I think the problem might be I used a boat gas tank and put the filler in the "deck" of the wooden flatbed. It has a screw-in plug with an o-ring, but I bet a lot of rain has gotten in over the years. I'm not too concerned about the age of the gas itself, because the M37s seem to run okay on anything that's remotely combustible.
