Agreed, but I just love the way it looks as-is. I also have a beautiful, bone stock E39 M5 and it'll be great to have something I can take a rattle can or welder to without feeling guilty.
I did have them remove the floor carpet and the floorpans look very good. The frame also appears to be smooth and I don't see any rust bubbles around the door frames or sills.
I assume the windshield frame is pretty bad, though.
