A few very random option questions

Specific to my new '51 but likely applies to most model years. I finally arranged shipping for mine so I still haven't seen it in person. I have a few questions I have from pics of the truck that I haven't found the answer to in the archives:

Were crank out windshields standard? Mine has a smooth button where the crank handle would be.
Did non-winch trucks still get a hole in the floor for the lever? Mine has no winch or winch grille but there is a slot where the lever would be.
Were "Job Rated" emblems applied? Mine has them applied to each side of the cab cowl below the marker lights.
