If there were no real homeless vets there would be no opportunity for fake homeless veterans. When a country ignores veterans and doesn't fight for its most vulnerable it is in decline. I belive veterans should be given heath care cards that allow them to get the best health care available. That would either cause the va to compete or go out of business.
