Budweiser is actually saving money using water to remove concrete as opposed to hammering it away. There are at least 2 machines based out of Montreal that can remove all concrete from a 2 lane interstate bridge deck in 36 hours and polish the rebar to readyness to accept new concrete at the same time. Average time saving is 60 man days. These machines are heavily opposed by Laborers.
I've enjoyed tremendously watching people who choose to source their media blasting information on HotRod boards and buy their Soda blasters from Horrible Fright or the Cadillac of suppliers of CRAP, Eastwoods. They help the economy of China and Mexico termendously. I also enjoy fools who extol the virtue of POR 15 products. That company should get the NoBell Prize for misuse of polymeric coatings designed as a TEMPORARY fix on ocean going equipment.
