New shop add on getting started in the winter. If all goes well they pour tomorrow for the foundation walls. They just covered all this with thermo blankets to keep it from freezing. Once pored they can start building the 2nd haft then tear off the roof next to it and go up 2 stories on both. I feel for them doing the metal roof that high up and walking out 52 ft long trusses for the roof over the 48 x48 building. Just wish it was for me but my Daughter scores again. It will have a 24 x 32 ft open bay with a 24 ft long 2 ton rated rolling hoist on a I-Beam in the middle for lifting stuff. So this is what has slowed me down on working on the 6X6 for a while till framing starts. Just love watching stuff get built!
