I am on my second $25.00 rheostat switch from China via NAPA. The first one simply fried itself. The second one has outlived the first one, but I'm sure it's days are numbered.
It's kind of cool because the knob is lighted when it's on. With all the gear noise and air blowing through the transfer case shifters it's hard to tell if the fan is working.
