I had the plates cut on a water jet cutter, then I drilled them and welded them up. This is the first one I made, so it took a couple tries to get it right. The ones I sell now are only slightly different, and I have a local welding shop put them together for me now. I don't trust my welding skills enough to work on critical brake components.
