All my trucks are exempt!
Even thuogh two were owned by the government (Nebraska Highway dept, and dept of the interior in CO) none of them ever belonged to a military branch!!
So even if I have to give up my dream of a WC-11, I will get to keep my 58 W100(highway dept), 59 W300(texaco tow truck), and 64 PW TW(dept of interior).
But just in case I ever find a WC-11 I will do my part!!! TWO TONS of prevention is worth the $200,000 of legal fees it would take to get even one truck back once they start coming for them!! And don't forget while you are sweating every dollar the lawyer charges you, the GOV. is using YOUR money to fight back!
