Couple of comments on this Carryall;
It appears to have been after the war as the truck does not appear to have any military numbers or markings.
The radio anttena mount and guard seem to be still in place.
The spare tire appears to be mounted on the rear of the truck.
The tires appear to be solid rubber. The wheels appear to have a different offset to center the tires on the rails. I can not tell of the overall tire diameter is different.
The fron frame has been extended to mount the front rail wheels.
