Yup!. Turn the wheel that is off the ground TWO complete revolutions and count revolutions of the drive shaft and that's your ratio.
Have you ever noticed that if you are in snow and one wheel starts to spin (not in a power wagon, naturally) that it spins very fast even if you are going slowly? Well, it's the differential action making the difference.
Just do two revolutions of the wheel, not only one.
