Vintage Power Wagons has everything you need except the ring and pinions. They are listed under Parts Sources from opening page on this site. Veteran Vehicles, also listed under Parts Sources, normally has the 4:89 ring and pinion sets but they are out as of the last time I talked to them. They are in the process of getting funding together to have more sets made.
Larger tires are also a way of getting a few more MPH.
