Go to one of the search engines, like Google and do a search for belt driven generators.
There are a dozen or so manufacturers.
Like anything else, there's no free lunch. Phone company here has gone from generators on the manhole ventilators, to fan belt driven generators, to Honda generators on slide out trays. Inverters are great, but about as efficient as draining a cellar with a soda straw, and all that wasted power becomes heat. I've seen a few trucks set on fire cause of poor inverter ventilation and housekeeping. They are nice if you need AC power while driving down the road, but can kill a battery if the truck ain't running.
