I am a Federal Police officer with the Federal Protective Service part of GSA and we lost one today at the Federal Building in Detroit, America. Officer Sheffield was killed by a man with a gun by an assailant entering the Federal building. He was shot to death by the Magnatometers near the entrance he is survived by two teenage dauters and I had the fortune to work with him on a couple of deployments. There are only 340 or so of us in the U.S. for 8000 Federal buildings so this hits home. I will travel to Brownwood tomorrow for the Texas ralley with heavy heartit will be my first time off since New York as we have been on 12 hr 7 day shifts. I ask that you remember Officer Sheffied in your prayers. He fought the good fight and his humanity will be missed. God bless the USA. Thank a Police Officer and thanks for reading my message.
