Eastwoods undergone for tar removal??

My PW must have been a sub in another life because there is tons fo tar on the floor boards and a foot up the cab insides. I used to use Kerosine and brushes, but I was wondering if any of the newer projects are less toxic and easier. Thanks for any input.
