The closest TC lever to you sitting in the driver's seat is the TC clutch lever. Pull it back, engages the TC for 4WD use. The lever to it's right control speed, H-range (forward) or L-range when pulled back. No shift on the fly here be at a stop!!!!

The flange on the combat rim can be very difficult to get off if it has not been off for a few years and is rusted, but that should not be a deterant. This is one way to seperate the tire and flange

1. Take out the air valve from the air stem;
2. Take off all nuts;
3. Wrap a 3/8 chain through center of rim, around tire full length of tire so it looks like a tire chain, and bolt ends of chain together;
4. Put an air tool that locks on valve stem;
5. Stand far enough away as to be safe and feed air into tire until flange pops loose;
Put half the nuts back on and snug them down;
6. Using a bootle jack and 1x1x3 length pieces of wood, place the tire and rim under something heavy, and place the bootle jack as close to the rim as possible;
7. Jack down the tire until you can stick a piece of wood between rim and tire, release jack and place at another spot eventually working all around the tire. Once tire is broke from rim, turn tire over and repeat on other side.
8. Once both sides of tire are brocken from rim, take off flange and tire, your done.

This procedure is for the guy with no fancy equipment, but it will do what the fancy stuff can't, especially with an old hard tire.

If the tube and tire are no good, follow 6-8, then cut the tire off, then drive flange off.
