Here are some differences:
M-37: Boxy macho military appearance
PW: Sexy yet somehow macho vintage look
M-37: Smooth ride on and off road
PW: Harsher ride
M-37: Roomy and boxy cab and bed
PW: Tighter in the cab and narrower but longer bed
M-37: Cheaper to buy and easier to find
PW: Harder to find and costs more bucks
M-37: All around driving pleasure and excitement
PW: All around driving pleasure and excitement
