It has been said that during this time frame, a U.S. citizen could walk down virtually any street in the world and feel safe. That being the case because the people of the world respected and feared us. They knew that an American was not a person to harm, pick on, or threaten. We did not offer hollow threats. We would use all of our resources required to protect our own. The worlds people new that and they were unwilling to step on our toes.

If we are to survive as a free country, I believe it is time for us to regain the composure and sincerety needed to place ourselves in the rightful place of power and respect that we held in at the end of WWII.
