Need help with '76 PW clutch

Can anyone tell me how to change the clutch master & slave cylinders on my '76 model 200 Dodge Power Wagon w/4sp manual transmission. I'm having trouble locating the system. My manual is the Chilton's manual for full-size Dodge/Plymouth 1/2, 3/4 & 1 ton pickups from '67 thru '88. The chapter on clutch & slave cylinders just pictures the '87 & '88 models. Thanks
