Tell the owner you found the truck by looking up the EPA's website, which is now using NSA satellight surveillance previously used to look for Arab terrorists in deserts, to track down all abandoned Power Wagons in America, that his old truck is scheduled to be confiscated, hauled away, and crushed beyond recognition at his expense because he never filed form WD-40, which allows a private citizen to abandon his own vehicle on his own property. Offer him $250 but he's gotta through in the rolls of barbed wire on the flatbed. Tom
