So that may help. Dave is on to something, too. I dealt with a dealer through two trucks until his greed drove off his good mechanics. When they left, I did, too. Maybe that's what happened here. That dealership folded fast after that..
So they changed the box, two hoses and the pump? Sounds like you have a new unit.. I would think that if everything is new and you still have a problem, it has to be before or after the system.
They said they changed a frozen U joint and you had it aligned, so that leaves input..
At least that's how I would trace it.
