looks great. you might have some pedal ratio issues tho. I have not had any coffee yet so I could be wrong. The stock pedal ratio is, I think over 7 to one. The rod does not move very much. Then you have the ratio of the new unit. you may have to modify the linkage on your new unit to result in a 1 to 1 ratio so the stock pedal can give you enough travel to make the new unit work. the new unit ratio is probably between 5.5 and 6.5 to 1
