Thanks for all who have chimed in, both to this tread, and last Forums tread, where I started this.

First my appologies for not giving all the details once again, in THIS tread, as I figured all who read THIS post know the background from my FIRST both. My Bad.

First, the engine is a fresh rebuild.. that said, I bought it from a third party, then the engine was rebuilt by a local reputable shop. It was done 8 years ago, then left in storage. where I bought it.

Water pump = brand new from MWM
Hoses- all brand new.
Water pump to housing by-pass now in place

I took the radiator to a shop (as discribed) and picked it up last night.

Not sure what the H*** this guy seen, or didnt, but after I got it home, I used a garden hose (with a LOT of pressure mind you) to force water from the bottom up ther u the top opening (Fill cap in place)

water just poured out freely. I dodnt see any restrictions on the flow, so??? maybe he did a good job and just didnt know it? I dont know.. al I know is it flows pretty darn well. no rust comes out. its clean.. he alos obviusly vatted the radiator as the paint is all heated and pealing off..

so, next stepp is to install...I will NOT use muradit acid based on your collective warnings against it. I dont see a reason now anyway with the flow i see.

second... I will try other suggestions once I install and run again.

i.e. leave out thermostat try that, etc.
