For the last couple of years the Bride and I have opened up our home at Thanksgiving and Christmas for Marines who can not make it home. For those who have served, you know how it was, not being home for the holidays, it was a very low time in your life. If you have a base that is near you, contact them and see if they have a program to help you contact warriors who can not go home. You will make some life time friends, that will never forget you and what you have done for them.
I fell on my sword by not posting this before Thanksgiving.
