In that time frame if you wanted 4x4 NAPCO might have been a better path than factory.

Swivel frame was probably another option in the NAPCO salesman's book of offerings.

Doesn't look like a Utility built truck because of the electric winch without takeup reel hub. More likely a ranch or well company service truck.

The NAPCO nameplate on the fender is a rare find, they changed to slip decals in the 60s.
