My WC is going to have the stock engine.
I think what Don was referring to is using his "older, but same type" engine and installing that into his truck "temporarily" so he could determine if a power steering box would fit. It looks pretty tight in there, with the frame being so skinny and the engine so close with that master cylinder just off the bell housing.
We were pondering the adaptability of the conversion to a half ton. I figure I will let Don run the challenge first and then chase after him to see how he was able to do it.
