For that model engine there should be 2 seal halves as well as 2 of those "h" shaped rubber seals. Those go between the rear main bearing cap and the block. The 2 half seals are neoprene bonded to steel half moons and bolt to the rear face of the block and rear main cap with 3 little (maybe 1/4") bolts each half.
