The 7500 is listed as a replacement part for the 1976 W150/200/300 from multiples sources (Rock, Autozone, ebay). This is spec'd as having a 1.25" output shaft(says nothing of taper). The output shaft is the same specification given for the 7515. The only difference between the two being the input shaft which is smaller on the 7515. Both reverse rotation.

The measurements from my 7515:
Diameter of output shaft at the casting: 2.25"
Diameter of output shaft at the outside: 1.185"
Length of splined shaft: 1.125

My WC12 ton pitman arm:
Diameter of inboard splined hole: 1.075"
Diameter of outboard splined hole: 1.025"
Lenght/thickness of hole: 1.040"

(All diameters are the largest, i.e. including the mountains or valleys of the splines depending on if were measuring male or female.)

The description of my output shaft seems similar to what Paul was calling a GM/Saginaw from: http://www.t137.com/archives/wwwboard198/messages/1980732.html
where he found happiness with a 66 Caddy pitman.

I'm not sure why things aren't adding up. Maybe I need to find a different pitman arm.
