There are two schools of thoughts on the forged U bolts. Some say never re-use any axle U bolt, some say you can re-use the forged flat top ones as long as the threads are not distorted.
It is up to you of course, but I don't know of any power wagon crashes recently (or ever) because the forged U bolts were re-used...
