I sold the whole set-up for $1300.- and that included cross members, mounts, u joints, all the small hardware. It was well engineered if I do say so myself and you didn't have to drill one hole. The only expense for the purchaser was to shorten the drive shaft.
I think that that was a ridiculously low price yet I only sold 22 units. Without going through all my receipts, I would say I probably made some money but was working for peanuts.
My truck has been sitting outside for 25 years that I owned it (probably most of it's life) and needs everything. I have a neo classic that I built that resembles a Clenet (look it up) that, after 35 years needs serious updating. I have four other vehicles that are licensed and insured and one in a tent, and they ALL need work.
I'm sorry to go off, but at 73 yo, I'm done. I've got a '99 B3500 Roadtreck that I'm taking to FLA and then to the West coast for hopefully four months.
Bottom line, this is not rocket science and if you want one, build it. I'll tell you this, once you drive a PW with OD, you will NOT want to go back.
