I was going to say the same thing. We have upwards of a dozen barn cats and two indoor cats. No mice or rats and very few bugs worth eating.
We had squirrels in the attic last winter but I relocated them and replace the broken grate where they gained entrance. Fortunately I caught mama squirrel before she ushered in a whole new cadre of nutmunchers.
The biggest problem is Raccoons, They have learned if theyy pee on the wire mesh grates on the foundation vents they will corrode to the point where they can pull them apart. I end up replacing them every other year and I coat them with epoxy to boot.
