I have TruXus 39.5"s on my '50. In the back, I have to run ambulance shackles for the tires to clear enough to haul anything heavy. In the front, they hit the rear bracing for the front fenders if it gets in the right bind, even with extended shackles. I would stick with something smaller than 38". I'd think 37"s would be the biggest I'd recommend on a stock truck.
