Most likely correct, mine is M601 which uses a heavier radiator and mount with the grille extensions. I would have to slice about 1/4" off the grille frame to be able to remove the spacers. The spacers move the grille forwards about one grille width - if that makes any sense. If the regular frame extensions are different to the M601, maybe VPW has those? I applied for a catalogue but haven't got a new one yet, mine is from 2008.
